Personal Development Plan

In this post I will focus on my personal develpment plan regarding to digital skills.

What skill am I looking to develop?	What are the ways I will develop the skill?	What is the deadline for the developing skill?	What is the measure to know that I have developed the skill?	What resources will I need to develop this skill?	What are the likely barriers I will face ?
Video editing	Actively creating and editing video in free time on my phone or computer. Watching tutorials on Youtube how to edit videos.	By the end of university in 2022.	Being able to edit, assemble, and record video into a suitable and final product. Also, be able to cut, add special sounds, effects, and graphics for the best outcome version.	Complete LinkedIn Learning Course regarding the video editing skills. Also, use Youtube to watch video.	Time management.
Coding	Read a book how to do basic coding, watch online video that will help me understand more. Actively trying to write code on my own.	By the end of university in 2022.	Once I am able to understand the principe of coding and being able to confidently write basic codes.	University library where are IT specialists that will help me to answer my questions. Online access to IT books.	Time management.
Data Analytics	Reading Data Analytics books regarding to my course I am taking. Actively doin my own research on how to analyze data.	By the end of university in 2022.	Once I am confident with analyzing data of any company for future purposes.	University library that has access to books related to data analytics. Take a LinkedIn course regarding this topic.	Time management.
Social Media	Create a professional account on social platforms and actively add posts.	By the end of university 2022.	Being able to create content on social media platforms and post consistently.	Use of social medias such as Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.	Time management.
Basic Design	Learn how to operate with Photoshop. Actively edit and design either social media content, pictures, or websites.	By the end of university in 2022.	Once I am able to understand features in photoshop or designing web pages by myself.	Applications or websites such as Photoshop, WordPress or just my own phone/computer.	Time management.
