GLOSSYBOX
GlossyBox is a monthly beauty subscription box which includes 5 beauty items. Subsctiption costs 10£ and includes products worth of 50£ and more. GlossyBox is a blind purchase providing 5 mystery products and costumers never know what they wil recieve.

- I used to subscribe to a different brand which offers the same idea when I lived in the USA.
2. Active Evaluation
- I did research if there is a brand that offers the same subsribtion box as I used to be a member of. I watch videos from influencers on Youtube to know what products the company offered in the past so I had an idea of what to expect.
3. Moment of Purchase
- I purchased the product online from their Website. I decided to subscribe to forward purchase as the website offered discount for student for the subscribtion rather than one time purchase.
4. Post-purchase Exprience
- After I recieved the box I was very disappointed. I did not meet my expectation as I have from previous brand. Therefore, I decided to cancel subscribtion. It was not an easy process. I had to contact the costumer service and had to explain the reason why I do no wish to continue to subscribe. I will no longer look for other brands to purchase this kind of subscribtion in the UK as I did research and no other brands offer his.
GYM MEMBERSHIP

- I did research of the offers from the gym near where I live. Many gyms offer different type of memberships, at different prices, and different places. I am still in the deciding and actively doing research which gym to join.
3. Moment of Purchase
- I did not make any purchase yet. The reason for not purchasing is that most of the gym I would like to join and I like are out of my budget. The ones that are within the budgets do not offers additional offers that I am looking for.
4. Post-purchase Exprience
- No post-purchase experience yet, since I did not purchase the product.
LULULEMON
Lululemon is a US retailer known mostly for their athletic clothes for yoga, running, working out, and other sports. The price for a pair of leggings is a bit expensive one pair can go up to 100$. However, the quality of the product is worth the price.

- Lululemon is very famous among the USA mostly around women.
2. Active Evaluation
- I did atively reseach of the product whether it is actually worth buying or not and I went to te store to see. If you do to a store the shopping assistant first talks to you what you are looking for and what kind of sports you are doing. Then he suggested wha types of leggines and lets you try it on. I did not purchase the first time I was in the store. I asked some of my friends that they use the product what they think about it.
3. Moment of Purchase
- After researching I decided to purchase the product. I went to the store and bought two pairs of leggings.
4. Post-purchase Exprience
- The post-purchase experience was one of the best I have received. One of the legginess did not fit me the way I like. I went back to the store and they let me exchange for a different piece. Also, Lululemon offers lifetime warranty for any product you purchase. I accidentally ripped my leggings and they repaired it for free.
5. Loyalty Loop
- I am in the loyalty loop now as I keep continue purchasing more products from Lululemon.
